Annual vacation in the area, bought a combo fishing pole & reel. Next day on the fifth cast (worm & bobber) pole snapped three inches from tip. Took it back and told I had to talk to owner. He would not refund or replace; only that he would hold on to the pole and show it to their supplier. If he got credit he would send me a check otherwise he would send the pole back to me. Ate cost of the pole and went to another Fishing outlet in the area.

Excellent place and people. They helped me out bigtime last snowmobile season after I rolled over and separated my ac joint.
