St. Dunstan's Basilica Cathedral

One of the most gorgeous churches I've been to!nnI was on a little trip to Charlottetown, P.E.I, and searched for a local church for Sunday mass. I'm extremely pleased to have stumbled on such a lovely gem.nnI immediately fell in love with the classical architecture the moment I stepped in, and was continuously wowed by the intricate details that must've been carved from ages ago.nnI believe they even have many saints and angels placed throughout the church, the altar, and the ceiling to watch over you.nnA bucket-list visit for architecture lovers!

Beautiful Basilica! This Cathedral Parish had its humble beginnings in the 1700s. Very rich in history! I visited on a Saturday afternoon just before the 4pm Mass and said a prayer of thanksgiving for the opportunity to see this beautiful High Victoian Gothic Cathedral, a National Historic Site! A treasure handed down by many generations before us so we can have a holy place of worship.

Cool historic Catholic Church with the location dating back to the 1800s and the church being built in 1919. There is great architecture inside and out. A must walk by if visiting in town. Even if you don’t go inside the view from outside is gorgeous. Even if you aren’t religious the architecture alone is worth the views.

Out exploring the city. Walked in and was blown away by the architecture. An absolute beauty. History oozes from every inch.

Beautiful place nice building nice architecture very attractive church.nThe area is also beautiful. I don't notice if there is wheelchair access. It's a nice spot to have some photos taken.n10 minutes walk from the cruise ship terminal.
