The majority of the drivers are terribly rude, with only a select few that are really nice. What is with the way these drivers conduct themselves, they should be professional and have people skills. I am new to St.Albert and am very unimpressed with the quality of service.

The service is horrible. I’ve been left behind from my connecting bus over 4 times and it’s completely unacceptable. My first bus is always late and never calls in my connecting bus, no matter how many times I tell him I need this bus or that bus he neglects to call it in! Once or twice was fine yah whayebee but a total of 6 times.... not okay. This bus system needs better communication! Something definitely needs to change 😡 I wish there was something lower than 1star

Clearly run by people who have no concept of how a well operating public transportation service should work. The tickets are overpriced and the routes are under served. Exceptionally poor service. If only the drivers were not so unfriendly and incompetent to account for these shortcomings. Even for a town of this size this is one star service.

Been using the service for close to 20 years now. It's had its up and downs. However the other posters complaining about it should realize, St Albert transit cannot do anything about most of the delays. It's not their fault the Ft Mac fires resulted in an extra 3000+ cars on the Edmonton roadways. The only critique I would give is just the price of the ticket. Last few increases are gouging. As for the post of the receptionist hanging up on them, ... read between the lines. When someone tells you they can't change the laws of physics and you still complain then you are in the wrong universe.
