I've never met friendlier people in customer service! Not only are they helpful when you need a book, they're also very helpful if you lose a book. They gave me tips on where to look for kids books that are lost at home including the most common places to look under car seat, between bed & wall, under couch cushions and they were able to help with my overdue fees until I could buy the replacement book. I've had to deal with them 3 times over the phone and each time I would give them a full 5 stars.
Beautiful place with amazing staff. Cool architecture, alongside, are lovely sights for a person to see as there are always new things to be checking out and stuff always going on. Didn't even know they had a charging station, not to mention that they want my seeds. lol, I can't even believe that the last two times I've gone, they even had things to help people in case they come across others who know arnis, in the bathroom. what an awesome time. Now, when I visit, I can be ready to do anything I must to care for myself and others while there. Especially those who work against me, people who visit the brary often work with many of them, not to mention the people who actually write. So, being a person who does that, I'm very happy, now, I can use all my metal sticks, pointy, curved, inverted, ones with ink, brushes, pumches, pipes, even none, the palm of my hand, lol, and still, I can even care for them, lmao, what a good time, exactly what I needed to see. I now have faith in my community again, but the government, now that's where the problem begins... If only they'd help me and my girl who has been stuck in the Alberta hospital for years... cause I'm starting to believe we may never be able to get an address she can go to... now, I can't even bring her packaged food anymore...
Library? More like day care for screaming kids, they even removed a bunch of desks for students, so the kids can around and be even more disruptive.... pittiful. Staff should be embarrassed.
I love this library. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a great selection of books, with new ones coming in all the time. They have a great app to keep track of borrowing and holds. They will order books in that they haven’t got. I look forward to coming here.
