I have always received the best care at St. Albert Dental. They are always friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and take the time to completely explain everything from procedures to billing. Dr. Long always puts me at ease and makes me feel like a friend rather than just a patient.

Unfortunately I was assigned to Dr. Alanna Yip who I had an invisalign consult with, I paid $98 for the consult because it was not covered by benefits. After I went to get a second opinion I opted to transfer my consult to another dentist but St. Albert Dental Centre refused to sign the paperwork. I lost my $98 consult and to add to the negative customer service experience they continued to call me and email me a year after I had asked to be removed from their calling list.

Great Dentist Office! All of the staff are super warm and kind and understand that the dentist may not be your favourite place. Dr Long is an amazing dentist... knowledgable and able to explain everything in a way that I completely understood. The reception and hygienists were super kind and accomodstjnrhg as well! I would recommend this Dentist to anyone!! For the first time in 30 years I can honestly say I do not cringe at all when I need to go to the dentist!

You wouldn't believe how good the service is here! Very thorough staff (from hygienists to dental assistants and dentist) who are efficient at their jobs. I would highly recommend to anyone.
