Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t even know how to do a tire change.nnOrdered the tires through Blackcircles, who called SSR and was told that they do low-profile tires installation, so I ended up here.nnCharged $200 for mount and balance, which is fine if they know what they’re doing. However, their quality of work was HORRENDOUS.nnPried and scratched the rims pretty badly, see below pics for damages.nnPLUS they didn’t even balance my tires. I went on highway the next day and the car was noticeably shaking. This is ridiculous.nnAmateur and careless at its finest.nnUPDATE: went to a BMW certified shop for wheel balance, turned out that all bolts were extremely overtightened and three were stripped. See pic for the shop’s comment. InsanennFiling a consumer complaint.

Dishonest and rip your money after creating a new problem.nThey killed my battery just so that they can sell their own.nWent to check my battery ended up getting my battery dead.nSolution was either tow your car to somewhere else or take our batterynI will regret forever going there and will never go againnThis guy, in the photo left me standing for a good 30 minutes saying nothing but keeping my car running in accessories mode while ac and radio on while i heard him saying to the other guy that “battery is okay”nBut then he got notice from the owner i am guessing and came again and killed the battery just so he sells his batterynThey even took my cra battery
Good service.nGot my truck painted. They explain to me how it works. Everyone's friendly, easy to get along. Recommend anyone that needs their vehicle painted. Including work on your vehicle tune-ups, oil change brakes.nBody work, etc. Good place to go I gave him 5 stars. Thanks, guys.You did a great job.
Here’s a review you could use for SSR Auto:nn“I recently went to SSR Auto to change my tires onto new alloy rims I had purchased. Initially, we agreed on a price over the phone of $100, but when I arrived, there was an argument about the price, which was frustrating. After some back-and-forth, they finally honored the agreed amount and started the work.nnUnfortunately, the tire balancing was done very poorly. My car began to wobble at high speeds, which made me worried that there was an issue with the new alloys. I took my car to my regular mechanic, who checked and found the balance was way off. SSR Auto had used balancing weights typically meant for steel rims instead of the appropriate method for alloy wheels.nnBased on my experience, I would not recommend SSR Auto for any car work, especially if you value proper balancing and quality service.”
Be careful from this shop. They did wheel alignment for me and not even 2 days later the car had an issue I called them and asked them to check it again the mechanic insisted the car isn’t under warranty. Please take your car to a shop who value customer service. Very disappointed
