Michelle is awesome!  I’m New to Idaho from San Francisco Bay Area, it’s hard to find a great stylist , she did exactly what I wanted and needed. I totally recommend her especially you Californians looking for the blonde. Or if your from Idaho looking for a change.  Love it!!

Michelle has colored my hair twice in the last 6 weeks. I have always been blonde, and 6 weeks ago I decided to go darker with some dark red. I loved it!!! I went back today and went with a full dark red. I couldn't be more happy. I have NEVER gone back to a salon so quickly. Usually I get my hair done and then don't touch it again for over a year. Michelle is always happy and goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy and comfortable-including a dryer warmed blanket and a hot cup of tea. 😄😄

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHELSEA COOK AT HEADLINE STUDIO. I went to Michelle for 5 years (whom is the owner)  and she was amazing up until my very last visit that will actually be my last visit there. I always ask Michelle for a price estimate before I get my hair done but the last time she did not give me a price estimate when I asked. I was okay with it because I assumed it would be the same price range as the last colors I have done. I asked for a price and she said she have send it to me that night and I could pay the next morning. I waited for her message all night to let me know how much it was but didn't receive the price until the next day in the afternoon. She tells me its going to be $300 and tries to tell me she charges $75/HOUR which has never been mentioned to me in the last 5 years I've been going to her. As she realizes I'm quite upset about the price she tells me she "feels bad" and offers to take $30 off.  She tells me they have be working late the on Friday so I could pay her after my shift but I go TWO minute past 7 and they were closed. I go to pay on Saturday and one of the stylist says she will get Michelle for me since she was busy with a customer. I wait for Michelle but she didn't even have the courage to tell me herself how much she was charging me so she has the other girl do it for her. Aside from paying $300 on my hair I have blonde patchy spots along the framing of my face and a purple scalp and ears even after TWO washes.
Overall BEYOND DISSAPOINTED and if I could give negative stars I would because of my last experience.

I came in with a completely matted head after leaving my extensions in for too long, ashley was amazing and wanted to start working on it right away even though i only came for a consultation. It was so bad that i was resorting to almost shaving my head but they all assured me that they were going to be able to fix it and in a shorter time than i was expecting. Definitely planning on coming for anything else i need.
