If you do order from them I'd advise to do everything through email so you have a record. We had issues with the whole floor from front to back right off the start. We fought for a new floor. Fought long and hard. And two years later we walked away with a settlement. If you've been ripped of or it's a warranty issue do not give up the fight. Lesson learned.

This SK factory builds great homes! I noticed some of the negative reviews should be directed to the dealer. If you have an issue with your car, you don't call the Ford factory in Oakville Ontario.

I have a Shelter Legacy mobile which I purchased in 1993. I am considering buying a new one, but first I need to repair a few holes in the walls, so I decided to check if I can get replacement wallboard panels with the original wallpaper designs. I phoned and got an electronic answering device. After listening to the list of options, I tried 3 different options, and all I got was a list of managers names to choose from. At this point I have decided to repair the holes with putty and painting the walls and buying my next home from anyone but Shelter Industries.
