I had to get my flooring redone because of water damage and thought it would be a daunting task going through insurance, but Sam made everything incredibly smooth and easy. The process was quick, transparent and a lot more convenient than I'd anticipated. Square One got in their own contractors, everything moved at a fast pace with clear communication, and I had no troubles. Very happy with my decision to stick with Square One all these years, it certainly paid off.
I've been using Square One Home Insurance since 2015. They're honestly the best. They have the most competitive prices and they are reasonable, but that's not all! The best part is their amazing Customer Service. Their CS team is transparent, honest, and provide you with quick responses and assistance for any quote, claim or questions you may have.
I just spoke to Eran .A regarding switching my method of payment for my policy plan that is either staying on annual or switching to monthly. Eran was very attentive, fast, very professional and helpful. By the end of the call, I was also more informed on how things would work for me assuming I move to another apartment. I would definitely look forward to speaking to Eran again next time I need assistance.
We have been with Square One since 2013. They were the only company we called that had the best service for a great price! They are proactive and our rates have gone down over time not up. We are very pleased with their service and I referred my dad to Square one as well. He has now passed so I now manage both accounts. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Eran Azran and he was a great help in updating my dads policy. I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff and their system is very well streamlined. We have been paying on average $112-$120 a month and we own a large home and property. That’s a great price! And they have earthquakes insurance with a low premium. Sign up!
As this was the first time I have had to purchase condo insurance, it was a bit confusing with minimum liabilities, coverages, etc. as per the Strata council. From start to finish, the team at Square One was very helpful and explained things in easy to understand terms. I have a great experience with this service which I started using last year. Mr.Eran Azran helped us to change our plan over phone and he was excellent!! English is not my first language but he was very patient with me and repeated same questions again and again if needed. As an immigrant who is working hard to make living here, I hope every company has someone like him who is kind, supportive and care about the customers regardless of their background.
I used to be that person that just went with the lowest insurance rate I could find and who cares otherwise. And then my basement flooded. Essentially had to be gutted down to the studs. Square one insurance and Sam Seha were amazing through the entire process. I panic called them 1 hr after submitting an online claim, and the lovely receptionist was calm and got me an assessor within minutes, who thankfully was Sam. He and a crew he recommended came over very quickly, assessed the damage and initiated clean up within hours. He communicated honestly and quickly through the entire process and the company he recommended was amazing. Now I think of insurance like the life jacket you wear on a ship - when its sinking, do you want the cheapest you could find, or do you want one you can trust. For peace of mind, I 100% recommend Sam and Square one.
