SPVM PDQ 10

I received approximately 1200$ worth of tickets in less than a year and I haven't gotten any tickets for the last few years in my previous neighborhoods. Something is definitely wrong here. This was a ghetto neighborhood hence the treatment and the mentality of the officers (not all) will be similar. Normal family people should stay away from such place for your own safety, stress and peace as well as the future of your children. It's no different than areas like Parc Extension, Plamondon, Burgundy, West island etc. The worst neighborhoods to raise children. The police officers may be good at keeping peace but hungry for finding excuses to meet their quoata or rank. I got ticket for not wearing seatbelt in front of my house while reversing. It's clearly indicated in the SAAQ regulations otherwise.
