This gem of a location was the right choice for lunch today for my team and I. Located in Haddam, Connecticut near Quinnipiac University and Sleeping Giant Golf Course on Whitney Rd. I was recommended the potato skins but was excited to see they had a Cowboy Bacon Burger and Mac&Cheese Bites and that was what I ordered. Delicious, Fresh and Made it Order! They offer curbside pickup and you can order right from their website. Love it.
The ingredients and flavors are always fresh and top quality. Potatoes are cooked perfectly every-time. Consistent. Steak and cheese potato is amazing. Quick and friendly service.

Went to Spuds because we love going to the truck! We thought that we would have a similar experience. Unfortunately our visit was not great. We ordered online and the wait time was 15-25 minutes. We got there in 15/20ish minutes and when we called for them to bring the food out, they said it would be an additional 15-20 minutes. Okay. That was annoying. Once we got home, however, I opened my hot dog box and it looked so thrown together. The onions were not grilled and the entire hotdog was cold. I opened my Cajun fries and they were cold as well AND so burned, I couldn’t even bite them. They were as hard as a rock. I’ve added photos for reference. I think that their truck is awesome, but they’re storefront is not great. It will be a long while if ever before I try to go back.
I really enjoyed their baked potato. I got the shaved steak and my wife got the veggie one. Surprisingly both were very good and tasty. I wish the shaved steak came with some kind of sauce but that's a personal preference. The veggie option had a generous amount of veggies, a blend of peppers, zucchini, & onions. Overall, the restaurant provided a tasty lunch and we'll definitely be back!
I love the idea because I love baked potatoes. And they will make a baked potato for you anyway you want what’s not to love about that?

Pricey but very good. The supreme baked potatoes are 5 star good on its own
Got the Super Supreme baked potatoe with chili and it was out of this world and totally worth the money. My husband got the same, but with the shredded chicken instead of the chili. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try! You will be full!
