The food is always fresh, great quality and a good selection<3 The people in the office in Vancouver are another story. TERRIBLE customer service which is unfortunate for such a great delivery servicedeliveries are always on time. I can find great produce with great customer service elsewhere.

Great service. Food is always fresh and great. Unfortunately I did a pickup and no customers are allowed inside, but even in the doorway, so were forced to stand outside in -20 and wait for someone to bring out our order. You guys need a better setup for this! Otherwise, great.
Received my very first order ever from spud.ca yesterday - am very impressed with how fresh the produce is. Everything on my order was accurate and exceeded my expectations. The driver was also very friendly & courteous. Kudos to job well done during these trying times and being there for the people who really rely on this service.
