This local cafe and bakery serves food harvested from Spruce Mill Farm, is super seasonal, creative, and delicious. You can pick up baked goods, sourdough bread, ready made salads or dinners, or eat at the cafe. They serve Carabasset coffee and have tea options as well. You can find locally made products, art, jewelry, and more. 

If you want to eat there, there's a cozy atmosphere with family style tables or seats by the windows.
A few other great features is that they cater, will make special items upon request, and even prepare baskets or care packages upon request. SMF&K is such a special place that is run by people who grew up and love the Dover region.

Amazing fresh food and bakery. This is really a gem in the area. Great breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

Popped in for breakfast pastries and coffee and it is delicious! The ham & cheese croissants were perfect!

Best artisan baked goods around.  The croissants and scones are so delicious!  The sourdough bread is amazing as well.  You won't be disappointed.
