I had a positive experience at smiles Dental Group overall. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the hygienist, Shaina, was excellent — very professional, gentle, and made the visit comfortable.nThe reception area was a little bit disorganized, which caused some minor delays, but it didn’t take away significantly from the visit. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend the clinic, especially for the quality of care.

Hygienists and front desk are always very kind nothing bad against them directly.nnHowever, their choice of customer service is completely unprofessional. I always book my next appointment while I’m in office, typically 6+ months in advance.nBut no, they’ll send you a text a week before your appointment and say that they need to reschedule. When they reschedule, they failed to disclose that they changed my appointment to 2 separate days cleaning 1 day and checkup on another day. This resulted in me continuously getting confirmation texts for 2 different dates and when I asked I was given incorrect information.nI called to get a straight answer and that is when I was informed I now have to come in twice.nnUnprofessional billing process …nThey sent an estimate to my insurance just to see how much they could get away with charging. When I confronted the front desk about these charges they said “oh we just send in anything the hygienist may recommend”.nnRight………n$90 for oral hygiene instructions. I’m 26 years old, I know how to brush and floss?n$103 & $97 separate periodontic charges?n$370 root planning?nnThis appointment was for a cleaning and they didn’t even include scaling on the estimate?nnInstead they throw on 4 random charges, 3 of which would be for someone who has gum disease not me! Extremely unprofessional.nIf you’re going to send in estimates to see how much you can get out of someone, maybe make sure they don’t have access to see it.nnObviously I only ended up paying for my portion of scaling but if you’re looking for an honest and professional dental clinic it’s not this one.

I had such a great experience at Smiles Dental group. The clinic felt really clean and welcoming. Cathy was amazing — so kind and patient while explaining everything during my checkup. Amanda was super helpful with my insurance and made everything easy. I honestly felt well taken care of. Highly recommend them!

This is definitely my dentist of choice. The staff like most dental offices are friendly. I needed allot of dental work and have had 2 different dentists. They were very professional and did amazing work. They are some of the best dentists I have found.

The ladies at the front desk, the dental assistants and the Dentist were all very cordial and helpful. It was a pleasure to visit this nice new space. Love the TV’s! Great idea!
