Where do I start? I’ve always had my guard up walking into dealerships. I was greeted by a fellow named mustafa.nnTook his time and showed me different options and didn’t pressure me once. He was very calm and collected and personalized my experience to find me the right ride. Walid the sales manager was also amazing to deal with and explained the process to buying the vehicle and went over the history of the car in great detail.nnOnce I got into finance, it was smooth sailing from there as well. Gurneet went over all the documents and explained to me the different options and warranties available and what is best suitable for me.nnVery happy with everything and how they took care of me. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.nnThank you for everything and loving my new ride!!

If I can give 0 stars I would.nnI purchased a Ford Expedition from Go Auto on February 6th. One day after taking it home, the park aid sensor warning appeared.nnI thought it was weird that an error came up so soon, but I brought it into an authorized ford dealer to get it fixed. While there Ford was able to pull up all previous error codes that this vehicle had and I later that the park aid error came up TWICE a couple days before I bought the vehicle and it was cleared WITHOUT investigation.nnThe report shows that on February 4th at 5:50 pm the park aid error code fired in the vehicle and it was cleared BY THE DEALERSHIP at 5:54 pm and the same error code fired on February 5th at 6:00 pm and was promptly cleared at the same time— coincidentally right before my test drive.nnI tried to have this issue fixed with an authorized ford dealership as I mentioned but the error keeps coming back. I then went back to the dealership hoping they would help me given I have all the proof this is what happened and they tried to offer me over 5000 less than what I paid for on their DEFECTIVE vehicle a month ago.nnGo Auto sold me a defective vehicle, failed to properly inspect or disclose the issue, and now I’m stuck dealing with ongoing problems. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.
The sales team at this dealership is amazing. However, I had a bad experience with the detail team. After paying in cash, the detail team, which was short-staffed, made it difficult for me to return or recommend the dealership to others. The person who worked on my car didn't follow my instructions, and when I brought it back for a second time, they left scratch marks on the car. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this dealership.nnUpdate: 2 months after buying my car.nnI would like to bring to your attention that since the purchase of my car two months ago from the dealership, I have encountered recurring issues with the quality of service. Despite repeated attempts to address the issues with the dealership, each visit has resulted in additional scratches and a lack of cleanliness on the vehicle.nnI have invested significant time and effort in attempting to resolve these issues, but unfortunately, the situation has not improved. It is concerning that the condition of the car seems to deteriorate after each visit, giving the impression of substandard care.nnI feel it is important to share my experience to prevent others from encountering similar challenges. I would advise potential customers to consider alternative options before engaging with this dealership. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
First time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Walked in really worried, but dealt with the General Sales Manager Homam. From the jump I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to accomodate my interests. Homam was courteous and spent the time explaining the product and making sure I was satisfied with the purchase of a brand new Palisade. He made it a seamless process, the vehicle met all my needs and I got a really good deal!nnDefinetely recommend this dealership as they are very honest and Homam was great to deal with! Thanks again Homam! Will be coming back soon!
