I had a very disappointing experience with Spruce Grove Hyundai. And want people to be aware of the situation so this doesn’t happen to them.nnI purchased a vehicle that had a mechanical issue wheel bearing noise immediately upon leaving the lot. I contacted the dealership right away and was reassured the vehicle had been fully inspected and was safe to drive. Chalked it up as me being anxious and moved on.nnAfter further investigation, the issue was confirmed, yet I was repeatedly redirected to manufacturer warranty instead of the dealership taking responsibility for selling a vehicle with a pre-existing defect. The warranty ultimately denied coverage, leaving me stuck between the dealership and the manufacturer with no accountability taken.nnThe lack of ownership, transparency, and customer care throughout this process was extremely frustrating. Communication was awful and originally went months without hearing from them, missed phone appointments and days without communication through text and email. When threatened to bring my case to AMVIC is when they began to answer. I expected better integrity and support when purchasing a vehicle, especially when the issue was reported immediately.nnI would strongly caution others to thoroughly inspect vehicles and get everything in writing before purchasing from this dealership.
