The customer service here is excellent. We brought two strollers in for repair. The first stroller was destroyed by an airline and they looked at it and confirmed that it was beyond repair and approved us for part of the cost of a new one. After bringing it to Springy's it came back good as new for a very reasonable charge. We decided to bring our back up stroller there to to fix the reclining seat. They fixed this one just as well free of charge. We will definitely be going here for our future needs rather than the big box stores.
Dealing with Springy's for purchases and repairs after years of wear has been a completely satisfying experience. We've dealt with the big box baby stores and some of the other specialty stores in the area, and there's no comparison; Springy's is tops for quality of service and selection. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all baby shopping and stroller repair needs.
We bought a car seat from Springys on October 30th, 2013. They told us the car seat would arrive at our door in two weeks. A few weeks passed and nothing so we called them and were told that they didn't have it sent to them in their last shipment. They didn't call us about this or let us know in any way. They said it would be to us in two more weeks. Three weeks passed and still nothing. We called back and they told us that the car seat was now on back order at the manufacturer and we wouldn't have it until January...when our baby is due. We mentioned that and the only thing we were told was to get a refund and by a car seat from somewhere else. I mentioned what happened on Facebook in hopes of getting some help from the owner or a manager and instead of helping they deleted my Facebook comments, twice. I mentioned it on Twitter and they then blocked me. We told them to refund our money, went to another store and bought another car seat. We mentioned what happened at this other store and they were shocked at the way they handled it. After spending over $400 on a stroller and money on other stuff I would never shop at Springys again. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't waste any time or money with this store. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
