Spring Dental

I am so thankful that I decided to give Dr. Ali a try😎. I always had a great fear of dental visits/dental work for years. I was amazed with his whole approach right from the first exam, Dr. Ali did the cleaning/detailing himself which was a first for me (usually it's the assistant who always did the cleaning). His Dental Assistant/ Hygienist was just as amazing, she really made me feel at ease and more then just a patient. They are great team, both Dr. Ali & Lorraine are on the comical side and that really helped me plus they took "Baby steps" with me because of my fears. The process was not too stressful, they made sure I was frozen property on all the visits and explained to me what to expect. The whole environment was awesome right from the friendly helpful Ladies in the front, the modern office space and decore plus the private dental rooms which were calm and quiet spaces, not loud and rushed. The whole staff noticed the positive change (with my comfort level) from the beginning to this last visit 😀. I'm sure glad some friends of mine told me about Spring Dental. I highly recommend Dr. Ali and his wonderful Staff to take care of your Dental needs. 😁. I look forward to my future check ups now.

Dr Ali is a great Dentist, very gentle, his Assistants are very warm, friendly and caring. Sam & Agnes at the front desk very welcoming. Sam is very good at getting any questions answered about billing and pricing. If there is a question you have and she can not answer she will get the information you need. We have been going to this clinic for over 30 years and are very satisfied.

My family has been going to Spring Dental since it opened for business about 5 years ago. We have had nothing but great experiences. The dental work is top notch. We have never had to go back to get anything fixed. They do it right the first time. Highly recommend this friendly and professional family run business. If I had to complain about anything it's that I'm getting fat because it no longer hurts to chew!!

Both the Dr and the dental assistants are very careful with sensitive procedures. They take extra steps to ensure anesthetics are working before proceeding further. I never had this with previous dentists, so it's nice having an extra layer of reassurance. Very pleasant staff too.

Took my son to fix two cavities that were bothering him. Dr Ali had time to fix only one. Yesterday we went for the rest of work to be done under general anesthesia in U of A and dr said that he has abscess in the same tooth because of inappropriate installation of filling. He had to pull tooth out, clean the area, freeze the nerve, stitch the gum. Few days and he infection would spread to the blood so we would have to go to emergency. I hoped that Dr Ali could help but instead he made it worse. If we would do anything, he would still have a tooth. I don't know how and why he did this, was it a bad day or his general performance, but I don't want to risk it anymore. I would rather drive him to Edmonton and have longer waiting than have one more of this experiences. His reception and assistants are good though,so complaint is not about service, it's just about main issue-dental. They didn't even say sorry about it.
