Very knowledgeable and friendly! We go here to buy pork fat for my wife to make pork rinds. We picked up some top sirloin steaks today and they're absolutely amazing! Thanks for the service and great quality meat!
I really appreciate that they vaccuum package most of their meat freshness, easy thawing. I have been going here for a few years now without disappointment. Good value, high quality game processing too. The pork sides are an easy way to get into ordering quality, farmer direct, local meat. GET THE CURRY SAUSAGES.
This is the place to go in Calgary for quality pork. I needed 10 lbs of ground pork for the tourtieres this Christmas. I received rave compliments for my pies, which would'd have happened withou quality ingredients.
I had some deer venison meat made into peppered salami...it was very good and look forward to using them again for wild game processing. Very fast and courteous service!
