I had a wonderful experience. I came on a Monday afternoon and there was no one in the store when I started shopping. By the end of my shopping experience I found that people started to come in and the lady helping me had trouble dividing her attention. The dresses were gorgeous and there were plenty of accessories to make my dress look exactly the way I wanted. She was so knowledgable and had my budget in mind the whole time. I recommend booking an appointment with Sofia or Sophie can't quite remember which was her name but she was a wonderful lady.

Sposa in Hamilton is NOT bridal friendly! My 4 bridesmaids and I went in to look for bridesmaids dresses. When we walked in the woman sitting at the desk did not acknowledges at all, not even a hello never mind asking us what we came in for or how they can help. My friend ask for bridesmaids dresses, and she simply pointed to the back room. We were there for maybe 30 minutes or so and not once did someone come back to see if we needed any needed any help. And then if that wasn't bad enough, one of the staff members walked in on my friend while she was changing from another door. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life, they clearly do not care about their customers. Needless to say I will never go back there again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.
