Stopped bye the kid's place to say hi and we all wanted to go eat lunch. I asked where and the answer was, "haven't been checked many places out". So I Google and this place came up. It's on Main Street in Ridgefield, easy to find though parking might have you walk a half block or so. Rustic looking on the outside and is rustic on the inside. The worn plywood floor is cool. Open, spacious seating created a friendly environment. Food is good and plentiful, recommend the hand cut fries. Prices are very reasonable.
Great prices for happy hour. Tried out the Monday special burger, added cheese and bacon. Also tried out the bbq wings, mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks they were out of the cheese curds also the spring cocktail shot. Also to note this place doesn’t accept vertical IDs for people over 21.
Experience here was okay. The Cajun fries I had were mostly burned over fried and looked like they were using old oil to cook them. The flavor was decent but half of them were inedible. Had a diet soda also that was 90% ice. Came on bike night. It was nice to see all the bikes outside. From 20-50 bikes of all makes and models showed up and each with a story. No gangs, just everyday Joe's and their rides.
An unexpected find in downtown Ridgefield.Excellent service and great food. They split the club sandwich for us. My hubby is going to love this place. Can not wait to bring him. The locals were friendly too.
Interesting find in downtown "old" Ridgefield Washington. The food was good. The service was great! The poor girls were over worked. They are definitely short staffed. Over all, a pretty good experience. They should take more advantage of the beautiful view off the back deck of the restaurant.Food: 4/5
1st time here. Dine-in for lunch. I had a delicious chef salad, packed full of fresh ingredients, lots of ham and turkey with all of the normal toppings, egg, cheese tomatoes. My friend tried the PB&B peanut butter and Bacon Burger with Spudder chips. The burger was a half pound patty. He asked for medium, however it arrived beyond that, almost well, not pink at all. The bun was good, cheese was good, peanut butter was good, patty a little dry. The spudder chips were very good. Shelby, our waitress was very helpful and professional. She made excellent suggestions before we ordered. The other burger menu items sounded very good, I will be back to try different items in the future. Side note: I loved the decor of the building, including the heavy duty barn door latches in the bathroom stalls.
Had a enjoyable post kayaking meal here at sunset on a beautiful warm evening. Good service and tasty pub fare. The patty melt was delish and the accompaning Spudder chips were unexpectedly tasty and not greasy. Must have an air fryer or some such magic. We'll be back!
Very lack luster. Ordered the ribeye medium rare, got a sirloin over cooked, took 45 minutes. My husbands burger came out 20 minutes later, was to be medium, it was well done. The waitress was very attentive but clearly on something and had difficulty forming words. Won’t be returning or recommending.
Happy hour hot wings pool league and less then a mile from home. This place has great staff and the cooks are amazing. I go here often and it always a great time. Thanks Sportsman’s for live music on weekends and pool league on Tuesdays. most of all thank you staff for always be polite and making this place fun.
Went here for the first time with a few other young families as a big group. All the kid’s chicken strips were hockey pucks and corn dogs were burned black. The fries were burned as brown and hard as the floor. The burger was tasteless. The wings, onion rings and lemonade were good. Facility was fairly clean. The poor bar-tender/waiter/sue chef was running doing the work of 3 people. Honestly I had half a mind to not pay for the inedible burnt meals. To top it off, we all felt sick immediately after eating what was edible enough to eat. Definitely not worth it.
