I went to Hillcrest Mall a couple weeks ago with the goal of buying myself new running shoes for my upcoming 5k Beneva Spring run off run in High Park.nI was just browsing at Sporting Life, but once Diego came to help me, he was all in, giving me advice, sharing different brand options and even offering encouragement for my upcoming run. I appreciated his service and decided to buy the pair I liked most on the spot. Thank you to the manager as well who was also really helpful!nI bought the ASICS Novablast 5 and they were awesome - felt like I was running on clouds :
Had a great experience here today thanks to Ron! He quickly helped me find a tennis racket for my 10-year-old daughter and made excellent recommendations. The process was super fast and easy, plus we found out they offer free racket stringing when you purchase strings! Excellent and knowledgeable service. Highly recommend asking for Ron!
I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional customer service I received from Anas. From the very beginning Anas was friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in helping me. What truly stood out was his support after my purchase. He continued to answer my questions when I went back to the shoe section. Thanks again, appreciate your help.
