Terrible service! Went there to buy some skates and to get some skates sharpened. Only 1 guy at the service area and he was sharpening skates. Looked at me about 5 times and just ignored me. I stood there for 15 minutes until I had enough and went behind the counter to call him out so he could take my skates. Then, I found a pair of skates I wanted to buy. Again, nobody around. I went and asked the girl in the shoes department if she could check to see if they had a size 10 in these skates. She said no, she can not help. She said she has to stay in the shoe department and I would just have to wait for the guy who is sharpening skates. I told her that I have already been here 20 minutes longer than I should have and she said she would go ask the manager if he could check on a size 10 for me. She came back out and said, NOPE, manager says you will just have to stand at the counter and wait for the skate sharpening guy. Waited another 15 minutes while he kept looking over at me before I had to go behind the counter again and yell "HEY"!! can you get me a size 10 in these skates? Manager comes sauntering out from the back without a care in the world. Maybe this is a result of the minimum wage increase? WAY understaffed and horrible service!

They'll have what you need but it's a bit pricier - Watch for sales and you'll be ok. Service staff are good
