Very pleasant experience last week. I had to order some shoes online because they weren’t available for in store purchase. Not knowing what size I’d be I ordered 3 sizes. Though it seems wasteful it was the only option for this niche shoe. That being said the return process was extremely quick and seamless. Would love if they could carry more of the soccer clear lineup in store as it is incredibly hard to find a proper fitting shoe with the manufactures going narrower and narrower in design.
I went to this store to exchange a pair of running shoes that i bought online. I went to the back of the store to look at women's shoes.nThere were two sales people standing there, a guy and a girl. They didn't even look at me, say hello or say, can I help you. The two of them, were not interacting with any customers. There was an elderly couple looking as well, who didn't get helped, and walked away. Needless to say, I found what I was looking for. The cashier was really nice and pleasant to talk to.nI work in customer service and would never ignore a customer like those two so called sales associates did. I will not shop at that store again.
I went there to purchase a bicycle for my daughter's birthday and I'm extremely happy with the service. The salesmen, manager and technician really came through for me in order for me to have the bike assembled in time for her bday. The service was fast and courteous. I'd give them 6 stars if I could
I was just in the Linden Ridge location and the cashier informed me they stopped accepting cash after 7:30 so the manager could do thier cash out. He had to get the manager to come up with a cash tray to complete my transaction as I only had cash with me. This was 30 minutes before closing and nothing posted regarding this procedure.
Was looking for a hot ticket Christmas item and the staff were very kind to offer to check the back and actually found one for me and saved the day!
