The cashier that helped me, Saaina, was so friendly and made me feel so welcome! I had a couple questions about some items and she patiently stood there and answered them all in depth with a smile on her face! She then helped me track down a specific size I was looking for that I couldn’t find myself. It’s obvious that she’s committed to her job and helping customers find their way around their purchases! Cheers to such great customer service!
Johnny at the service counter was excellent. Worth leaving a review. I recently bought my ski boots and skis. He installed and adjusted my bindings in front of me while I waited. He explained what he was doing which was very interesting. He was very polite, friendly, and showed he really liked what he was doing. Great asset to the company.
Had a great experience with customer service namely Shabnam and Amin last week, they were patient, responsive and supportive. Would definitely shop again from this store.
Wonderful customer service.Shabnam saved my day today. I had lost my cell phone, when I call my cell, she told me it was at the front desk!!!! It was a miracle. Thank you Thank you. Five stars to Hashi, who did a fantastic job on Saturday helping me purchase sneakers that will be delivered to my home. Zero stars for the customer experience at Sport Chek when trying to buy shoes. The attendants are always unhelpful—you have to wait a long time for someone to show up, some disappear immediately after you ask for help, and others bring what you requested but vanish right after, leaving you waiting again if you need another option. I always end up buying sneakers and boots elsewhere because Sport Chek’s customer service is awful; it feels like they don’t even want to sell anything
