The statement "the customer is always right" is not true at sportchek. I bought a damaged product which i wanted to exchange but since their cashier gave me the wrong discount i was told i either had to pay the difference or keep the damaged product. I was very insulted that the store manager argued with me over a $5 mistake that was the stores fault and that i left with a damaged product.
