Absolutely, hands down, the most friendly and knowledgable staff. It's so nice to have people who ride do the work on the bikes. Devin, Mike, Steve, and the whole crew are so great with my son. If they don't have the part, they can get it. Thanks guys! Got us out of a real jam!

My boyfriend and I have gotten into purchasing and restoring older BMX bikes. We have been able to get parts here that no other bike store carries. If they do not have it in stock they have no trouble doing their best to order us what we need. Devon and the staff at Spoke O' Motion have been so knowledgeable and helpful. It's not uncommon for us to call up if we have a question. The guys will help us over the phone, and are so patient and kind. They have a vast knowledge of not just new but older bikes as well, and I have really enjoyed learning and getting into such a great hobby. I would recommend this store and the staff to anyone looking to repair and ride their bikes.

We have just started purchasing from Spoke O'Motion / Scooters Canada for Scooter parts for our son. We wanted to teach him to support local Ontario businesses vs. purchasing off of the Web from US retailers. We have received great support from Devon & Jason when we needed a set of wheel bearings replaced (they shipped them next day to us) as well as personal live instructions on how to assemble a new deck and forks. All easy stuff when you deal with people that care.

Getting back into mountain biking after a 15 year hiatus and chose Spoke O'Motion due to the outstanding customer service that went far above what I was expecting. Every staff member was pleasant and extremely helpful from beginning to end answering and researching every question I had with enthusiasm. If you are in the market for a bike/bike related product please take the time to see them and support a local business that cares about the customer. Thanks to the entire staff and I love the Norco Torrent 7.2+ - perfect bike for my riding style, comfort, performance and looks great too. See y'all on the weekly rides starting in April!

I had a bike fitting with Myles Cullen this evening, terrific experience, excellent dude, owner operator, you can see that he takes pride in his business. Can’t wait to get out and ride my new set up! I’ll be going back, 30 years in business, great hub for the cycling community. Check it out.
