Its pretty bad, went to book an appointment door was locked. Every time you call no answer and I prefer to talk to a person so guess they don't need the business!

Maria is an amazing stylist. Throughout the haircut, she checked for my opinion at least 4 times. She did not cut or change anything without my permission. She listened carefully to what I wanted. She even took the initiative to call me a week after my haircut to see if I was fully satisfied something I’ve never had before. Both the ladies there are extremely down to earth and sweet. Karen is the best hairdresser in the city. I've been going to her for close to 20 years and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair.

Only place I'll ever go to cut my hair. The stylist always checks in on my opinion throughout the cut, never does anything without permission, and if I have a vague idea of a haircut that I want she always helps with planning and gives a professional opinion.
