They are the best. I have long coarse hair and every time I go I am very pleased with the results. Either it's a hair cut, a dye, micro mists or even up dos. They are all good stylists. My favorite is Alex, I just love her. I can not describe her skills, she is beyond the best also using organic products makes the place very special. Good job

Splendor Salon is the best salon in Chicago! I have been getting my hair done with Aga for over a year now and she is honestly the best stylist I have ever been to and the only stylist I will ever go to. She knows exactly what to do when it comes to giving me suggestions about what would work best for my hair and what would compliment my skin tone and eyes. Also, the owner Alex is AMAZING and keeps up with new trends! She makes sure her clients receive the best service possible and it's easy to tell by the smiles on her clients' faces. :) This salon has a positive and very welcoming environment and the look inside is modern which is not seen in most salons. The unique thing about this place is that they use ORGANIC PRODUCTS! Ever since I started to color my hair here, it began to grow stronger, faster, shinier, and healthier. All the stylists are really nice and truly give it their all to make sure their clients leave happy. You will not be disappointed!!

Salon Splendor is excellent place!!! I found there the best care ever for my hair. The service is wonderful, friendly environment and warm welcome. The hairstylists are very professional and stay on top of trends and styles. My hair was weak and damaged after many treatments and in salon Splendor I found help for my unmanageable and tangible hair. The owner, very experienced and professional, cut my hair and advise me what should I do with my hair and the results are amazing!!! I recommend this place for everyone who wants to feel special:)

Splendor Salon has the best atmosphere that is very welcoming and professional. It is very clean and I like how they serve you with delicious hot coffee or with a wide variety choices of organic teas! I have always had a problem with growing out my hair and finding a color that would work best for my hair. As soon as I went to Aga, she restored my hair and used organic products including for the color! I was beyond happy and satisfied. I have been going here for about a year now and my hair has never felt so healthy and shiny. This is the place to go to if you're looking for a salon that gives the best experience with stylists who keep up with all the new trends and uses healthy products that don't damage your hair. I truly feel a positive difference in my hair.

Just make sure you don't get the stylist Ana or Anna, however you spell her name. All the stylist there looked calm and professional, but I got very unlucky, Ana did my hair very sloppy and she doesn't listen, she is too quick, rushes, and she was dropping the color everywhere on the floor and on me. She makes quick assumptions of what you want. I had to go in the 2nd time to finish the full highlights because the first time she did a ombre look, I don't know why, she makes assumptions and makes you get them. 2nd time was free and I was glad but she totally ruined it even more, she was trying to correct the color that came out and pretty much tortured my hair, she applied color 4 times and then washed it 4 times, and put countless amount of products. She even asked me during if I can brush my own hair rather than she does it. It was a traumatizing experience and my first time ever to color my hair. Ana is just not a good stylist, she does not have skills in hair coloring, it looks like I did it myself at home and its all a mess. I just feel bad for Ana, shes a good person and tries really hard to do good but she just has no skills!!!! I wish I got one of the other stylist, it sucks I got her! I have been so depressed since I got my hair done by Ana, she did a horrible job.
