Really hard to have a good time here with the kids. Life guards and their "rules" are just ridiculous. Was trying to teach my son to swim and he was holding the wall and kicking, We got told we weren't allowed to do that... Can't hold the wall? Yet that's allowed during swimming lessons.. He wasn't allowed even 3 feet away for me in ankle high water . He was holding a flutter board under water and got spoken too about that, can't stack 2 boards either... Couldn't even go down a water slide with a small gold chain on... What's the safety concern with this? Get a grip on reality guys! It's supposed to be fun and parents can ensure their kids are safe without being spoken too every 2 mins by some 15 year old life guard... Most of them were just playing on their phones anyways. Place has really gone downhill, it's a complete joke and we will never go back there!
What a great place to take the kids!!! We go Thursday nights with our toddler and he loves it. On top of the nice water there are synchronized swimmers practicing in the next pool over. The kids pool is really warm and comfy!
Super fun place to go ~ even just an hour or two. The waves get activated maybe every 15 minutes or so and while you wait for the waves you can relax in the hot bath area or try the slide. If you love wave pools I definitely recommend :
I went to the wave pool for my sons 1st birthday. It was only after I was changed and in the pool area that I saw that the hot tub part was closed. That is the only area that I use with the baby and my other kids. I spoke to a staff from the front desk immediately and they said they would give me a refund. As we travelled all the way there and changed etc I stayed an hour. After I went to get my refund they said they would only give it to me for one of my 3 kids since we stayed for an hour.. they were extremely rude and kept arguing with me. I said it is the principal of the issue since I would not have gone there at all if I knew the hot tub part was close and I was not even told when I arrived. Finally I spoke to another supervisor and she gave me 3 vouchers. When I was leaving they were laughing. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour.
The place was very full. When the waves came all the swimmers bumped and pushed each other. It wasn't very pleasant for my children. Management should limit the number of people on site. And if there is already a limitation, maybe rethink the number of people per shift. It was an interesting experience, but I don't intend to go back.
Very dissaponted with this place, we called this morning to make sure they where open and had a public swim, we arrive to meet our friend there who is already waiting in the pool for us and they then decide to shut down saying they are at capacity. Then proceed to let 10 other people in after us. I drove 40 minutes to do a special activity with my kids just for them to deny us entry after I had already called in the morning. We are a low income household and don’t get to do things like this all the time. Doesn’t help that we wasted all that gas to get there and come back. And to top it all off my friend who was already there, was getting changed in the change room just to turn around and see a camera that could potentially be pointing towards the change room. Either way completely dissaponted with this place. Will not be making the trip again
I booked online to drop my kids off at 12:30 and I took my kids out of school so they can go and swim, only to realise that the swimming pool is closed and the schedule and reservation online is not up to date. Shame on you to have this system after 2-3 years of covid and wasting people's time.
can't supply proper information. I arrived early to get information, person at the counter notice I had 3 kids, mention the time to arrived. later that evening return to go swimming with my kids just to be denied entry. Something important they forgot to mention, max 2 kids per Adults. the rules doesn't make sense either. If I would be disabled and had 2 kids, I wouldn't be better off. Note: If the rule was so important, why the rule isn't written anywhere on your website.
Great pool with great staff. Love the accessible design features to allow those in wheel chairs to have a good time in both the wave pool area and the warm pools.
I really liked the wave pool. But we went with my kids during the winter holidays break and it was packed with people! The other thing was the changing rooms for family - we had to stand in the queue for quite some time to change into the swim suits.
