Splash Island is an amazing attraction for our community! My daughter and I have summer membership and spend hours there every trip! Has something for all ages, and is very family friendly with lots of space to set up for larger groups. The beach walk into water is great for littles, as it slowly gets deeper. There are two smaller slides for any age of little one, and the two big slides are super fun for any age, even Daddy! Canteen has lots of snacks, drinks, and hotdogs, with very reasonable prices. Be sure to go if you are visiting town with children!
It was fun but the line up to get in is about 45 mins. Not organized and the kids where going crazy in the hot sun. Should be walking and checking people in before hand. Otherwise two huge slides are great fun. However gimli was easier to watch all the kids.
This is lots of fun for kids and adults. There are two water slides, a kiddie slide, a sprinkler, a shallow section and a deeper section. There's lots of well shaded grass to relax on as well.
Splash Island is located In Portage la Prairie, MB. Approx 40 minutes on the west side of Winnipeg.. Family friendly water park with token admission fee.. Quite neat and spacious for family fun fair.. It has two great water slides with lots other splashing at pool for kids..Lots of lifeguards on duty enforcing the rules and keeping things safe.. Allows bring in foods & drinks.. Had nice time and would visit again.. Next for us is Winkler Acquatic Center
Ok, 3 adults and 3 kids ages 6, 3 and 2 for $40, can't think of a better way to spend the day at a water park that offers slides to small pools, excellent money spent for the fun!
Awesome time, finally able to get out and have some fun! Very kid friendly, great staff, in particular a lifeguard named Natalie was very friendly and helpful with a few of my questions. Would recommend this for family outings!
Be prepared for a wait to get in. We arrived a few minutes before they opened and there was already a long line up. It is pricey to get in, even as an observer and once you are in you cannot leave and re-enter. That being said, everyone loved spending the day here. The water was a nice temp, the pool was big enough that you didn't feel cramped even at full capacity. The kids pool had more than just one area which gave a nice change of scenery. There is something for all ages here. Over all, we will definitely visit again but at that price, it will be a special visit that we will make into a full day.

What a fun water park! Lots of options for things to do. Affordable and clean.
Always have a great time here. My kids are 4,8 and 12 and there is something that pleases them all. Food is a good price or you can bring in your own food and drink which is nice. Fee to get in is very affordable.
