Tony is always ready to save you when you are in a jam. He never let me down when I am stuck on the side of the road and call him he get me prices and helps make a plan to solve the problem. More than once I showed up on a tow truck with no notice and even he is busy he fixes me up without an appointment. WestVanReno

I just learned that spike auto has commercial fleet service with spare truck and courtesy car or free pickup and drop off.

This is a long established garage which moved from South Vancouver. It now has significantly expanded its facilities and staff. There is a large customer lounge with TV, PS4 racing, and pool table.

I am very happy with the after-sale customer service here. you can tell Tony is trying his best to sole the problem. They give one year warranty. That is very helpful. Thank you Tony

Brought our 2002 Volvo S60 in and Tony found out the problem right away. Very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Reasonably priced, coffee, water, while you wait. Nice waiting room with TV, pool table and video games. Highly Recommended.

Got my wheel bearings repaired fast without appointment so that was nice. Would be happier if they had offered cheaper non brand name parts. Could have found parts online for about half the price.
