The atmosphere was quiet and intimate with lovely unique art pieces and light fixtures! The food we had was amazing and it was our first time trying any Indian Cuisine. Their Butter Nachos from their World Menu was by far the best nachos I have ever had and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. Fabulous job! We will definitely return again when we go out for a date night again. Sorry for the photo being of partly empty plates, but it was so good. Vegetarian options: We didn't specifically go for vegetarian options, but there were many vegetarian options and each menu item was clearly marked as being vegetarian or gluten free or dairy free.
The food here is yummy 10/10, service was amazing, our server was a very friendly and nice fellow. Would definitely recommend anyone that enjoys middle Eastern and Indian cousine to try this place at least one time. I will be going here more often for sure.
This is one of the best restaurant i have visited. I was in PEI and I visited here on the last day. But i must tell you the taste is best and i can eat here all the day. I ordered vegetable and chicken manchow soup, manchuriyan, momos, caesar. Everything was awesome . I highly recommend this restaurant
This actually is the best and the only restaurant serving authentic Indian Chinese not only in PEI but all Atlantic provinces! I wish I had more stars. Mango chicken is a must try so is the monchow soup. The staff was really soft spoken and welcoming unlike other Indian restaurants. Taste good, portions huge, ambience nice. I wish they keep doing the good work! Really impressed!
Ordered hot garlic chicken chow-mien Was in good quantity but it was dry and just few pieces of chicken. Taste was Ok Okay not really great experience but not too bad either.
We stopped in Charlottetown for two nights while on an extended bicycle tour. Spicey Chef Restaurant was within walking distance of our BnB. We enjoyed it so much we went there both nights. If we were locals we are from British Columbia, we would make it one of our regular places to eat. I’m a bit of a foody and don’t usually go out for dinner as I love to cook, but this place was just great.
Definitely the best Hakka food I've had in the Maritimes! The spice level was REALLY HIGH, which was awesome. Great service and atmosphere! Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

I absolutely love Spicey Chef: they’re my favourite Indian cuisine, and favourite place to order from. Best veg samosa and butter chicken delicious chicken momos.
