It’s good restaurant to eat if you like Noodles, Samosas and Manchurian. Few tables for dine In. Prefer to take out or delivery options. They have ample of products in menu as well as awesome taste in food. You should try once and I hope you’re going to like this!!
Very delicious! For drinks, we ordered Mango Lassis. Wow. So fresh! We also ordered the Chana Masala Wrap and the Butter Chicken Wrap, which were made with fresh naan. The naan was cooked at that moment specifically for our wraps and I honestly have never had naan that delicious before. The booths are super comfortable and the vibe is great. I would 100% recommend the Spice Grill!
This restaurant was the closest "halal" food place we found nearby our accomodation. When we arrived, we noticed this "restaurant" is a little shack-in-the-wall in a sketchy hood. We were a little hesitant to go in but decided to give it a try regardless. First thing we noticed was that they sell alcohol weird for a halal restaurant. Our gut feeling was to just leave but both the missus and I were hungry and this place was supposed to be open till midnight so we sat down for dine-in. There are only three shabby, worn-out tables and seats and they were quite dirty. The lady also the cook took our order and brought us water...glasses had stains, like they were not washed properly....another red flag. We would have felt guilty leaving without ordering so we motored on and ordered just one dish chicken tikka masala. We had to wait for a little bit because the owner/chef/server said she was going to cook the food fresh. While we were waiting, we had to endure the noisy cartoons that her kids were playing on a tablet seated at the next table. When the food finally arrived, it was sloppily arranged, and the presentation was very ordinary. But we figured if the taste is good then almost all can be forgiven. But the food disappointed. It was not something you could compare with your naani or daadi's cooking~~heck, you could not even compare it to your least skilled auntie's cooking. It lacked authenticity of taste, and was bland. The only reason I feel like giving it three stars is because the lady had a friendly and polite attitude and she tried to do her best. Unfortunately, her best was not enough to make us eat there again.
I had a great experience at the restaurant whether about the service or the amazing food or even how affordable the place is. The warm nature of the owner literally made the whole experience of dining in feel like home.
I highly recommend Spice Grill on 8205- 108st to anyone who enjoys Napalese /Indian dishes. They have a wide selection on their menu to choose from, You can dine in or take out. The service is superb, Once you taste their authentic and mouth watering dishes, you may become a regular customer and begin to treat yourself with their delicious ethnic dishes. The parking is excellent, no parking meter issues. My name is Nellie I often go there to treat my family and friends. I wish the owners and their staff the best in 2023 and years to follow.
Ordered momos, hakka noodles and tandoori chicken from this place late night. The estimated delivery time was about 65 minutes. Longest I have ever seen. So I thought they must be busy or are prepping everything from scratch. Couldn't be more wrong. 1. Hakka Noodles - no flavor. Hardly any variety of veggies there. 2. Tandoori Chicken - Honestly, the worst I have ever had in my life. Awfully dry and didn't even taste like a tandoori dish at all. The inside was still uncooked. 3. Momos - tastes great until I realized it was undercooked. The dough was still uncooked at the top. The chef/cook has no idea what he is doing. For the momos, would probably say yes. But, stay far away from this place if you want to have tandoori chicken.
This is my absolute favourite place to order takeout from!!!! I literally had a panic attack when I could not order from the for a week because I was scared that they closed permanently. No other place can compare! The butter chicken is to die for, especially with their naan bread! Every time I feel like ordering takeout that’s the first place I go to! I wish more people knew about this place!
We grabbed some pick up tonight, and if you want authentic Indian as in the country go here. I’ve been a classically trained chef for over 15 years . Flavour is on point and these cats have it down. Simosas are to die for!!!
I asked for grilled chicken to which they recommended tandoori chicken. In my experience having gone to countless Indian restaurants, tandoori chicken is red and grilled. I got a white, fried chicken very bland with some sloppy salad and was charged a ridiculous amount of $30. I would not recommend!
I have been here a few times and this is were I like to bring visitors from our if town. I really enjoy the Chicken Tikka. Very flavourful and well prepared. I believe the owners do all the cooking and table waitingFood: 5/5
