Great experience with the staff. Jenny was able to help me with my insurance so I was able to save $200, which is perfect just before Christmas. Great job, the window wipers were nice as well. Definitely would recommend.

Jenny and all staff were extremely helpful after an upsetting accident.  My vehicle was buttoned up from the rain in minutes of driving into Speedy's shop. Great service.  Thanks to you gentlemen today didn’t get this name my bad for my appointment at 3pm.  They walked you thru what I need to know pre- and post-remediation of the glass issue.  Hats off to you folks.

Thank you to the Speedy Team for their great work, and to Jenny and Cary for their prompt response to our delema.  We ended up with a rock hitting and cracking the windshield in our Toyota.  To my surprise, I found out my daughter could not take her driving exam with a crack in the glass.  On very short notice, the Speedy Team ordered the glass and had sqeezed us into their really busy schedule the next day. Our daughter's  driving exam was the day following the Speedy repair  We could not have kept the driving exam appointment without Speedy's help! I also asked them to change our cabin air filter and front wipers while they had the car in their shop.  This was my second trip into get glass repair work done at Richmond Speedy, as my Chevy truck also needed a windshield 2 years ago due to a rock. I knew I could count on them again for this new repair.  The service is friendly, prompt, and they are experts in the business. They are also very conveniently located at Richmond Central. Watch your bill!!  I needed my windshield replaced and when I got there they told me the customer contact person ordered me the wrong windshield.  The woman at the counter said it would take another 7 to 10 days and for the wait she would give me a free pair of wipers.  I had my windshield replaced but she was tallying my bill I noticed my bill was $58.50 more then my deductible, she told the guy beside her in Chinese to enter the entire amount in the debit machine.   I asked her what the extra $58.50 was for and she said that was for the price of the wipers.  I told her she was going to give them to me for free and she changed the debit machine to reflect the price without the $58.50.  She knew about the wipers as she talked to me about it on the phone on the day of the install.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Wow the service is great! If you ever go there ask for dennis a great genuine guy with speedy efficiency!

Had my Tesla here today to get my glass replaced and they did a great job. Also I had a chip before the job was started and the manager pointed it out to me and I would defently bring my car back to them the next time I need to get my glass done.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for this business.  All I can say is the service I got for my car today was great.  The service was done right and communication was perfect.  Shout out to Dennis for the great service.  I highly recommend this Speedy location for any glass damage repairs.  The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.  Overall 5 stars!

What a great experience! My car was vandalized and my windshield was smashed. I called Speedy and spoke with Dennis. His immediate concern was for my safety - he recommended that I request ICBC tow the vehicle to the shop due to the glass in the car and the reduced visibility from the broken windshield. His next concern was the reduced availability of glass and windshields due to the supply chain issues. While on the phone with me he secured my replacement windshield, and made an appointment for the next day! In one day my car was fixed and back in my hands! I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them. Every interaction with the team was fantastic, but Dennis went above and beyond to help!Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement
