Had a wonderful experience with the people here at this Speedy. Called in a couple days before to book an appointment to have my winter tires put onto my car, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the friendly staff. My car was swiftly taken in and serviced. I was also told that my car would need new brakes in the future, and was given a quote by the owner, Emma. I’m grateful that they were honest about the condition of my car, and that they took the time to inform and show me what was needed. They gave me several options for me to consider, and told me to take my time to decide. I also had a great conversation with a very approachable staff, and found out that this is a family owned and run business. Would highly recommend this Speedy to anyone, knowing that it is very difficult to find a reliable auto shop that you can trust. Thanks again to Emma and co. for the service, and keep up the great work! Will continue to support small, local businesses like yours!

Not only were they kind and professional (the owners bought me a coffee & snack from Tim's while I was waiting!) they were super honest. I had to have my wheels aligned and it took longer than expected by no fault of their own and they didn't charge me extra for the labour, were upfront about what they were doing, and even took the time to show me the completed alignment at the end. It's under new ownership (as of last April, 2017) and the new owner couldn't be better. Honestly - one of the best garage experiences I've ever had. In an industry fraught with fraud it's nice to see good mechanics and solid ownership working side by side.

We couldn't start our car as it was a very cold today -20℃. We called several places for help but with no luck as they were all busy and needed several hours to attend us. We decided to drop by our neighbour Speedy Auto Service on Danforth for assistance, our first time. To our surprise they boosted our car with their busy schedules. We really appreciate Emma and Sam’s assistance. Thank you very much.

Went to get an oil change. When i left i noticed my engine was revving higher than usual. Thought maybe because it had new oil is why? Got home,parked it and when i went to start it, it wouldnt turn over. So i called them to ask and the telephone receptionist told i had to have it towed there and i would have to pay for tow and any work to be done. So i asked to speak with a mechanic and was refused. This is suspect? I will say the receptionists were very nice, courteous and informative and helpful yesterday though. Dont know if same one who answered phone today.

Just got a new car, and I wanted to swap to winter tires before getting caught in some shocking weather 2 weeks into December. I was taken in 24 hrs (shocking amd awesome), and upon arriving felt welcome and looked after by Emma and Robin. Timely service, positive energy, here's hoping I can store with them next season and support my neighbourhood businesses! We even had a fun chat about the wonders of Amazon shipping and shopping!
