It's a gas station off a major highway, has made to order food inside also.
I have been in town on business working a 3rd shift. I stop in this location in middle of night for coffee and there is a worker there by the name of Kevin H. We need more like him everywhere...he is always friendly, helpful and always takes time to help if needed....very attentive to the customers. Thank you Kevin for your outstanding Customer Service!
Nothing like the smell of the bottom of a dumpster all through out the parking lot, overflowing trash cans that seem like they haven't been empty in forever, fly galore and pee all over the bathroom. Customer service everywhere is going down hill, especially here. Phone time is for at home, not at work with a store full of filth & customers.
Staff behind the food counter are abrasive and rude. I watched employee tell a customer to shut the F up and leave over the employee refusing to wear a mask while handling customer food. Always outside on smoke breaks, while the inside coffee and food area are atrocious. Very disappointing how quickly this gas station has addressed safety and precaution for it's customers during a pandemic.
I make special trips just to Speedway across the USA in order to take advantage of the points system. Avoid this place if you are trying to get assistance with points redemption and you are a black person. They definitely won’t even manually do fuel redemption after seeing the total points available after knowing their store computer won’t allow anyone to set up email and password access on site. This store is only interested in clearing the line of ppl not trying to redeem fuel points.
DONT FORGET YOUR RECEIPTS IF YOU COME HERE! Today marks the 3rd time in the past month that I or someone I know has been ripped off for buying gift cards. I dont know who the hell trains these people, but they certainly should not ever pocket money from customers just to act like they havent seen them all shif . Never again, screw speedstain.
Can't accept $50.00 when you total is 39.42? Very rude staff if you don't like working with the public find another job!
The displays on the pump need a mute button.
Drug addicts for employees, very rude, terrible service, been scared multiple times for "buying gift cards" here so if your gonna save a receipt this is the place to do it. *been scammed
