Newer staff has changed the environment. Overall the place has become cleaner, and a better experience in general. The ladies working there are always so nice. The morning people are kind of on do not disturb most of the time. Good experience Repeat customer
Never been threatened by a cashier before. Guess today was a first. Horrible cashier working there. Instantly started an issue and threatened me in the parking lot. 0 stars if possible
Pump would not accept our point card or our gift card. Went inside and the man said tough,prepay with cash. I told him I didn't have any cash and he said goodbye. There was$150 on the gift card but he didn't care. The station is nice but some of the employees are not.
Competitive gas prices, sometimes a little less than others in town. Staff are helpful & polite. Good rewards program.
Close. Usually in n out. Earn points for kid's to get free slushes or something else. So far they have always had what I've needed! Most of the employees are decent n will chat a bit while checking out..some just seem out right miserable at times.
I was in today and the ginger colored hair guy with a beard and glasses was a complete jerk! I didn’t catch his name but he forcefully took my money and then when he put it in his till he slammed it and made me jump. This is so inappropriate and I will never go back there when he is working.
Manager is horrendous! Her customer service leaves much to be desired, and I have no clue how she keeps staff the way she speaks to them either. Has carded me 100's of times, hasn't carded me other times, one time I have an expired license and she can manage to look at a picture and read a date? What a joke! I will happily be taking my business to Caseys and pay more money just so I don't have to deal with her incompetence. Happy to come back if she is no longer employed there.
Employees are extremely nice, there's food available throughout the day maybe not the best, but for something quick it's typically in and out tons of options and promotions going on at all times and a rewards system that actually rewards you for using it. My one complaint is that the ID everyone under 40, and their store manager seems very adamant on just ID'ing everyone because she can.
Went into the store to grab snacks. After standing at the counter for close to 5 minutes the clerk finally walks out of the back room. She has no face mask and when I asked about the plexi shield being gone she said she takes it down because it bothers her! WTH!!! Hello quick trip here I come
