Annalise at Spectrum Massage Therapy is incredible. She has professional expertise and knowledge additionally Anni is very friendly welcoming and delightful. Anni took the time to know the pain areas and analyzed before starting the therapy. She is undoubtedly very skillful in finding the affected areas that needed pain relief. I felt. In was in a new body after the massage. The environment in general was great very relaxing and professional. I would highly recommend Anni to anyone looking to avail this kind of service. Thank you Anni, its been a delight !
I saw Lindsey and it was a last minute call for an appointment and got in no problem. I was in a lot of pain and she knew exactly what needed to be done. I was so comfortable and the massage felt amazing I actually dozed off. The rest of the staff were very kind, and all very knowledgeable. They definitely support each other in their practice and it’s a nice feeling when you walk in. I would definitely go back!
Very pleasant atmosphere and everyone I met was very friendly. Lindsey was warm and caring. Made me feel very comfortable, explained her techniques and made sure I was enjoying the massage. I was pleased with the entire experience and will book with Lindsey again.

Antoinette is extremely knowledgable and gifted. She takes her vocation very seriously although you might not know it at first as she’s quick with a smile, and a great conversationalist if you want to talk while she’s working on you. If you don’t want to talk she is not the type to keep on,”filling the airwaves.” Antoinette is very good at diagnosing what it is that is making a person physically uncomfortable and then treating it therapeutically. I unconditionally recommend Antoinette as a massage therapist. She really is a professional and is very knowledgeable she is also an instructor, talented and skilled.
I've been seeing Antoinette for years for therapeutic massage and I always walk out feeling amazing. I have scoliosis, so back pain has always been an issue for me. Antoinette is bar none the best massage therapist I've ever seen.
Community Acupuncture has such a relaxing vibe. I brought my kids age 8 & 10. Dr.Alex offered a non-needle option for them which was fabulous. My non sleeper actually slept past 6am! Highly recommend.
