Spectrum Health Kelsey Hospital

The staff was so nice in the er tonight. My kiddo was so sick and they were so patient. They got her into a room right away with no wait time. They made sure she was comfortable before sending her home. Made me feel like I did right by bringing her in and that I wasn't just a nervous Nelly.

It seems like the actual physical therapists are good at what they do, but the lady working the front is awful and unreasonable. I'm a disabled veteran and she turned me away for being 9 minutes late IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ICE STORM! It's hard enough to get health care with the VA, and when awful people turn us away from care and then mark us as a no show, that makes life even harder for veterans. She told me the next patient was coming inside, even though I was pulling up to the building and could see the door and knew she was lying. I won't have my care here because of the front desk lady alone. The rest of the staff seemed friendly and reasonable.

Why can't I give zero stars? I know were all going to die but why rush it?

Excellent care and staff! My mom recently had an emergency room visit, and I was so impressed with the care she received. The politeness at the registration desk, EMT, the nursing staff, and ER physicians were absolutely wonderful. They were swift to run appropriate tests and get her the quality care she needed. Her condition, unfortunately, required hospital admission, but we are so very thankful for their decision making and compassionate care. The town of Lakeview is blessed to have such a fabulous facility taking care of their medical needs. Thank you!!!

I had the worse care there in the Emergency room well the Doctor on staff 7/22/19 I'm 57 & was treated like I was some kind of Drug Addict. I'm in severe pain they all see how bad my Foot was & they seen how much pain I was in. Then the Doctor came in & I asked if I could get something for the Pain & he told me I'm not going to give you anything for Pain cause it a Opioid & that's all I wanted the Doctor told me. Well I screamed & made a Scene at the Emergency room for the not taking care of there patient I was in the Emergency room for 3 hour just to hear this So called Doctor just wanted to call me a Addict. I told him he can test me for Drugs I'm Clean besides the medicine I take everyday. How Rude & Crude This Doctor was I got my Crutches and Hobbled out of there. So I give Spectrum Hospital a Big Failing F I will never go Back to Such a Rude & Crude Spectrum Hospital

Seems the staff is fresh out of school with no experience. Seems if there is an actual issue that you have to be transferred to a larger hospital. Waste of time to go there.

I wish I could give this hospital 0 stars, I will never ever step foot in this hospital again, I went up to get my son evaluated cuz pine rest told me to and in return i get the cops and cps called on me, the Dr there was rude to me pretty much interegated me and made me feel like it was my fault why my son was the way he was, made me feel very uncomfortable in a situation where I should of felt relieved that my child was getting help... And this aint the first incident there is a few others too this one just put the shit on the toilet paper....

Dr. House is the BEST! Staff is very friendly. Very short wait time. Very clean and organized. The services they provide for community youth is outstanding!!

Got stitched up in no time 9 stitchesand after it healed there was no scar. Very professional dr and staff.
