Spectrum Cafe is an eatery for the community that serves as an employment opportunity for young adults with autism and other special needs.
Spectrum Café will offer a menu that utilizes a fresh delicatessen model with items packaged for consumption on a “to go” basis with patio seating available outdoors.
Our # 1 goal will be to deliver a quality product within our community while providing a much needed work experience for our students enrolled in our hospitality and food services program. As such, our focus may be different than others; it is not about profits rather it is about service delivery and meeting the needs of the patrons.
