Forced me to sign pre-authorization form to have toilet fixed. Charged me $550 to change few screws, and billed the pre-authorization. I didn't like the experience, paid too much. And then... Toilet didnt stop leaking, so they wanted to pre-authorization again, so I ended up calling someone else...
