This company has treated me like gold. So patient with all of my questions as it was my first time ever needing a plumber. Both staff that came to my home were professional and friendly. The phone calls over the phone with the admin staff were excellent - I probably called 5-7 times they weren't bothered at all. High recommend.

Todd Perkins provided expert service to repair my forced air electric furnace. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Todd was able to assess the issue we were having with the knowledge and efficiency of a pro! In very little time he had our home cozy and warm again. Todd explain the problem, answered our concerns and listened to our past experiences with compassion, patience and understanding. I would recommend working with Todd on your next project and will surly be calling him if we are in need.

A family member was charged 170$ an hour for 5 hours, but to be generous the repair guy was only there for 3 1/2 hours including running off for a part. So make sure you find out what the rates are ahead of time and watch the clock!. Personally I don’t charge for driving to a job unless it’s far away. Certainly driving from Whistler to Squamish (when Squamish includes the company’s catchment) shouldn’t be part of the cost, especially since some technicians live in town.

Todd came again this fall to give our furnace its yearly check up. He is very knowledgeable about Carrier furnaces. It is great to have the same person every year Thanks again! Liz Whelan
