A not-for-profit charity book shop. Proceeds go to the local SPCA Animal Shelter. We have a great selection of quality used books at incredible prices.

Story

The SPCA Used Book Store has been in it's new location on 1st Avenue NE since 2005 but has been a part of the Swift Current community since 1976.
We are a volunteer-run bookstore selling gently-used books at amazing prices to help raise money to support our local SPCA Animal Shelter.
We have recently undergone some renovations and re-organizations and the place looks great! We continue to stock thousands of great titles including best-sellers and popular authors. We have anything and everything from fiction, mystery, westerns and romance to children's, teens, classics, how-to, cooking and crafts and just about everything in between.
Most books are no more than $5 and many titles in our bargain sections are as low as 25c!
So if you're looking for an incredible deal on some quality books or just want to support an important local cause - why not do both at the SPCA Used Book Store?
