Waited 3+ months for an exam then it was given to a client who walked in just before me and was given MY slot (I was not late). Had to leave due to a serious allergic reaction to her strong and offensive perfume.  Was offered an early AM appointment in another 2-3 months!!!!  So I would not have to deal with accumulated scents of the day.  
I had rescheduled / swapped appointments with my son and given them more than a MONTH's notice so as not to inconvenience them; respect not returned in kind.
Subjected to several comments I found quite offensive that disregarded my situation as real and lost a day of work as taking a partial day off work is not an option for me then insulted for that as well.
