Ordered Christmas Kissing Balls, came with no bows as ordered, the wires slashed my 2 index fingers and customer service woman was argumentative instead of apologetic and unprepared to fix my order.  Nor did she offer any kind of first aid for my bleeding fingers.  The owner never returned my 3 phone calls nor acknowledged my letter of complaint. Appalling service and quality.  The offensive wires even broke after a week of hanging.
