Booked two pedicures for myself and a friend. The young lady doing my feet, Sarita, was lovely and did a very nice job. She was professional and friendly, and was also able to read the room- unlike the young lady my friend had. This other woman consistently interrupted the conversation with my friend to give her two cents or an opinion. We both found it extremely rude and eventually just stopped talking because we couldn't speak without her interjecting! We were very clearly NOT addressing her. I even tried ignoring her but she would actually interrupt to say her opinion- on our jobs, our work environment, homes, friends, etc- anything we discussed! Not professional at all.

I love the Calgary Trail location! I had Sarita today for a pedi, and I got the best leg massage ever! I also love coming to see Lydia (massage therapist) and Lindsey (laser tech). A great group of people!

Staff are fantastic. Services and prices are also very good. They will always do there best for you. Highly recommend.

Nothing is enough to describe how beautiful and professional this place is. Highly qualified staff and technician. Never left disappointed, always satisfied and so happy with what I receive. If you haven't checked it out then your missing on something remarkable.

Had a couples massage today. Not a good experience. My husbands masseuse only did his back and shoulders though we were booked in for a full body massage. When he tried explaining to her at the beginning of the massage the type of pressure he likes, she was rude and said she does what she likes since she is an RMT. Our room had a noisy fan in it, felt more like a Chinatown massage. This is our second time here and we were not impressed and will not recommend this place or go back. The good reviews here are because they offer you a discount if you leave 5 stars. Not a true depiction.
