I'VE ALWAYS LEFT SATISFIED AND SO SO HAPPY FROM SPASATION. They never ever let me down and they have the best services in town I believe honestly. I've been to almost every location and never have I left sad or disappointed. I loved every service I got there from there pedicures to their facials and massages and especially their wraps. High class spa with reasonable prices. I would recommend to everyone. Also, their head office girls are amazing , very helpful and pleasing. Staff and employees are very respectful and kind. Wish I can give them more than five stars.

It’s my first time to visit the Salon and I was treated very professionally. The staff are nice. And most of all I was happy of my look! The stylists make me amazing about myself and it feels good, thank you. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Finally I’ve found a Salon for a perfect Do:)

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! they make me feel super special every time ago.I highly recommend Spasation if you wanna go with your boyfriend or fiance to get couples messages! the facials are great here too!

Great staff and service here. I use Spasation often to buy gifts and they are friendly as well as good prices. You definitely leave feeling rejuvenated. Very worth the experience.

Called to book an appointment for a massage and was on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and phoned back later and was on hold for a lengthy period again. Upon finally booking and confirming that my insurance was on file, the receptionist informed me that I would only have to pay the remaining balance as they direct bill insurance. This is also advertised on their website and in store. After my massage (which was late to begin and early to end) the receptionist rudely informed me that my insurance claim was pending and that I would have to pay the full amount because they would not direct bill my insurance. She was increasingly more impolite as I spoke to her so I asked to speak to the manger. A phone was given to me from the receptionist with apparently the "manager" on the other end. When I asked him to refer to me by my name and not something sexually implicit, he got upset and did not attempt to help the situation at all and actually insulted me over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed with the company.
