Food was great!nThick burgers, not thin frozen patties.nI hate avocado, but their homemade avocado was really good!nnCheesy fries with bacon was pure awesomeness!nnService was very good. Nobody wears names tags, so you have to ask their names as they don't introduce themselves with their names.nnNo military discount but they also are not expensive.nnThe atmosphere was just awesome!
Cute place inside. It was not busy on a Monday afternoon during the summer and service was definitely slow. They served our appetizers without forks or napkins. Food was enjoyed in general. I will say our chicken on the sandwiches was a bit well done for our liking and too hard to eat. French fries were a bit soggy.
We came to Sparky’s to try the Birra egg rolls they posted on their Facebook page.nnOur service by Gabbi was awful. She took our order, brought our drinks and didn’t come back until she brought our food. Then she didn’t come back for over 20 minutes to deliver our check. She never came back to refill our drinks or ask us how our food was. My 8 year old walked to the host stand to ask for a refill.nnI’m not one to complain but the food was cold. She spilled the consommé all over the egg rolls so they were all soggy. The cheese sauce on the nachos was cold & the chips were pretty soggy and my kids French fries were cold and oil logged. You could definitely tell they’d fryer wasn’t hot enough.nnAfter she delivered the check, I explained why we weren’t happy but she only offered us new fries to go which we didn’t want. She never came back to collect my credit card so I had to go to the counter and have someone else run my card. I explained everything to the girl at the counter and she didn’t seem to care either.nnVery disappointed in our entire meal and service today.
This place had great food when I ate tonight. I had the homemade mac n cheese with special cheese sauce with smoked sausage on top! It was super yummy! Plus I had a cocktail and it was awesome too!!nThe bar is really cool made out of old gas pumps!
We were looking for some good barbecue but they did not deliver it or a good eating experience. The server was very nice and did what he could but the food looked good and tasted bad overall.nnCornbread was dry and obviously old. Beans were dry and not what I expected. The sauces they brought out have no label so you don’t know what is really in them for allergy purposes. They all had a good bit of spice even when they weren’t supposed to be spicy.nnAtmosphere was good with a lot of music and nicknacks around. Not a ton of local original options that aren’t fast food chains. Wish we had tried one of the others.
