This department parks a fire engine with full lights on at intersections, sets up cones, then asks for donations of drivers that have to slow down to get past the fire fighters. It creates a dangerous traffic hazard that shouldn't happen. Happy to support those who keep us safe but this made me feel unsafe and created a backup in traffic in both directions.
