We came here to celebrate our son's 26th birthday and had a fabulous time. We got right in at 9:30, bowled 2 games and had a blast. Place has a very fun environment and up to date equipment, a lot of lanes, clean, great drinks and snack variety and great service.
I’m going to give some advice . When you have leagues going and they get done at 9:45-10 pm and you have people waiting to play have them prepay . We went early to make sure we got two lane’s together they said we can start to pay until 9:30 and that didn’t happen until 10. But a ton of people conveniently got on The lanes and started playing so I’m not sure if you know someone you just get out faster ? . Why don’t you have people pay and get their shoes and give them a lane # and when the others are done they can go start? Instead of having a cluster f of people waiting in line and not getting out of there until midnight ? Work smarter not harder . When you have one person ringing up and using a Calculator to add things it takes so long . We didn’t even finish half of our game because it was so late and we had kids with us . Also the balls constantly getting stuck and never being able to find someone wastes time
We had a great experience! The staff was really nice to my kids and the food was really good! We had a small problem putting the order in online, but they apologized and fixed it. Really friendly employees. We will be back!
Mike or “pops” at the front desk is absolutely amazing, always extremely nice, give that man a raise!!! - the people are so nice and always very accommodating, a very “homey” feel! The food is amazing - I love their wings, pickle fries, and funnel cake fries are so so good
They said they are open Sunday for 3$ all day on their website so we drove down there with our 2 year old who loves bowling pretty close to his bedtime but had just enough time to bowl. We got there and was told we had to leave because it was league day I asked if they do leagues every Sunday or was it just this Sunday. And they told me ever Sunday.. so we had to leave with a screaming kid who thought we weren’t going to bowling and drive 10 minutes away when we could have went to the one by our house which is only 3 minutes away it wasted almost an hour of our time all together.
Their website says open from 9a.m.-10p.m. on Sunday, my son and I have gone up twice just before 3p.m. and have been turned away because of an hr. or less wait, then they needed to oil their lanes for league night @ 6 p.m. leaving at least 2+ hrs. for us to bowl not specified on the website . We drive 23mins each way to go here. This is B.S.! Change your web site hrs. Of operation!
The lanes slant from 10 to 1 so when you bowl go south more. Also, I'm in a league and their fish and chips and pizza were the best, but not anymore. Try the hamburger and fried mushrooms. Please bring back the fish and pizza to par. I miss them. The dough was raw still the 3 times I got it and they wouldn't give me any kind of refund the fish and chips were so bad even tater sauce couldn't save it and they wouldn't give me a refund. I'm someone if I complain it's justified because I don't want spit in my food. The reason for the 4 stars is I have been in a league for over 15 years here and I don't want that to stop. Oh my gosh, please restaff your front for taking food. The young man there is so mean and put out when you order. Next week when I bowl I will be adding his name. It's not just me, I have heard so many complaints about how, "put out" he is to take orders and I even watched a little girl ordering 2 weeks ago during league night, she was so proud of herself for ordering for herself and he was so degrading she left crying. Come on we were all little kids once, try not to allow people to help them lose their confidence. If you don't like your job find another one.
I tried calling the front desk to see if they were busy, but they didn't answer the 4 times I tried calling. So I went to the store to get a lane anyway. When I got there. They were pretty rude saying "they couldn't give us a lane because it was leagues." No we're on the website did it say it was leagues night.
Took our kids there for their first bowling experience. In one hour we only bowled one frame each because our lane kept breaking down. There was no communication and we had to keep asking what was going on. In the end we got kicked out because there were no other lanes to put us on. Why in the world wouldn’t you take care of current customers, knowing our lane was broken, before adding new customers to lanes?!!! I am furious!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! It was so miserable with young kids!
This place is ran down. Its a smaller bowling alley. I think they could do a lot of maintenance. The bathrooms where ok. I wouldn't let my kids go in there alone. The golf was really cool at one point but they have just let it run down and it was pretty cold in that area even thou it was hot in thw bowling area and super hot outside. The food was just ok. Not worth what they charge. The have a bunch of grown kids working there, They where in the mid to late 30's and 40's and they acted as if they where maybe 14. They didnt want to work they all keep saying they where off the clock.
